Emily Breyer is a designer, artist, and builder currently residing in Wyoming. Primarily focusing on custom builds for weddings and events, she also enjoys all types of creating. Emily received her BFA in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010.

Almost a decade was spent in the theater arts of Chicago, working as a props designer, scenic painter, installation artist, and puppet maker.  Emily has worked with Redmoon, Rough House, First Floor Theater, The House Theatre of Chicago, Bullooney Puppetworks, Chicago Children’s Theatre, New Colony, Odradek Theater, Red Tape Theater, Oracle Productions, New Moon, and Crystal Lake South High School.

Theater transitioned into retail display, and Emily became a Display Artist for Anthropologie for another 8 years. This role established a love of fixture and furniture building, while also creating decorative sculptures, window displays, murals, and seasonal installations. Retail design at Anthropologie is a similar artistry of ever changing functional builds, yielding the satisfaction of a beautifully planned space, layout, and immersive experience.

Now in the beautiful state of Wyoming, she is incorporating a little bit of everything into her career. Loving the experience of making visions come into reality, she welcomes commissioned projects and values their creation and purpose.
